The inviting lodge, which is decorated in calm, muted tones, has been carefully configured to make maximum use of the space. In one corner, you’ll find a sleek kitchenette for whipping up hearty breakfasts and light bites, which you can share at the breakfast bar or outside on the terrace. In the evenings, snuggle up on the corner sofa, with the pups curled at your feet, to read your book or watch a movie on the Smart TV. To the rear of the cabin is a gorgeous double bedroom and a stylish shower room. Outside, your dogs can potter around in the enclosed patio garden whilst you sip a sundowner or revive weary legs in the hot tub. You’ll also have access to a shared BBQ hut. The property has private parking for one car.
Alness is a delightful town with a good selection of paw-friendly eateries. There are several walks to explore within the town, or slightly further afield, you can walk to the Fyrish Monument to admire the fabulous views across the Cromarty Firth. Get away from it all at the beautiful Loch Migdale (21.5 miles), where you and the hounds can amble along the water’s edge or take a shady stroll through Ledmore and Migdale Forest (a great option for the pups on a hot day).
