Located on a 100-acre working farm, in a gorgeous rural location in the Brecon Beacons National Park, you and your canine companion will go mutts for the wonderfully scenic walks beginning from the doorstep of this spacious lodge-style cottage.
Gather the pack to catch up on the day’s adventures in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, complete with fetching timber-clad walls and an earthy colour palette that sets a cosy atmosphere and tails wagging. Hunker down on the comfy sofa as your four-legged friends curl up at your feet or tame the growl of hungry tummies in the kitchen by rustling up a feast. Tuck Rover into his blanket for the night before retiring to the ground-floor en-suite twin bedroom or one of the king-size bedrooms or triple bedroom upstairs for a peaceful rest. Enjoy the fresh, countryside air by dining alfresco on the patio or admire the fetching views from the comfort of the covered hot tub. There are plenty of grassy areas and walks around the working farm that children and four-legged friends will go barking mad for.
Set in the quiet village of Crai, the only sound you’ll hear as you scamper around the village is the sound of your top dog’s collar chiming through the wind. Have a ball enjoying the private fishing opportunities, scenic footpaths and cycling routes surrounding the cottage, with something for the whole pack to enjoy. On the edge of Brecon Beacons National Park, grab the lead and climb to the summit of Pen y Fan 12 miles away, or go mutts hiking some of the Epynt Way with paths running directly from the doorstep.
