It really feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere on this rugged beach, yet there is a small cafe where you can grab a coffee. It’s a lovely destination for sea fishing or rock pooling. It’s best to keep your dog on the pebble shore and don’t let them swim as the currents here are very strong.

Towering cliffs protect this beach but it is the white quartzite sea stack that is the real landmark of this beautiful, crescent-shaped bay. It’s a mix of sand and shingle, and the Anglesey Coastal Path follows the cliffs so you could enjoy a dog walk with epic views during your trip.
