There are wonderful rural views across Anglesey from this stylish cabin, and with room for just two people and two small well behaved dogs it is the perfect place for a secluded stay with your loved ones. Embrace the local wildlife as this property has some great outdoor spaces including a covered outdoor kitchen and fire pit so muddy paws are welcome almost everywhere.
Centred around a traditional shepherd’s hut with a cosy built-in double bed and en-suite shower room, this property features an extensive veranda so you and your pup can enjoy outdoor living with stunning views of the nearby RSPB reserve. We don’t want to hound you but there is also a hot tub beside the fire pit and a cosy log burner in the main living space so you and your top dog will never need to be apart. Please note that there are some exterior stone steps to reach the veranda. There is parking for one car and a lockable bike store if needed.
You’d be barking mad to miss out on the Anglesey coastal path which goes right around the island. There are miles of dog-friendly footpaths in Newborough forest which is just 6 miles south of this property and home to the largest population of red squirrels in the UK. Your hound is also welcome on the Puffin Island cruises and sea-fishing trips which leave from Beaumaris, a 10-mile drive away. If you want to keep your feet and paws on dry land, then the fascinating abandoned Beaumaris castle should set tails wagging. Famous as the greatest castle never built, this fortress of almost perfect symmetry was built by the English king Edward I but money ran out before it was completed. The opportunities for walkies are endless across this beautiful landscape.
