The reverse-level layout of this beautiful property means you get to enjoy the best of the view from the living space upstairs, with a comfortable bedroom to retreat to below at night.

One of three converted barns on a small complex, this reverse-level property offers comfortable, upside-down living with a first-floor lounge area that makes the most of the incredible views out to the rolling countryside beyond. This romantic cottage is the perfect size for a couple and two of their best canine friends, and its location, with easy access to the A30, is ideal for exploring the beaches towns and attractions in the area.

Bright and spacious, this cottage is filled with natural light due to the Velux windows and large French doors that feature in the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, with a decked outside seating area enjoying the most incredible vistas. At the centre of this well-designed room is a wood burner with stainless steel flue-pipe providing a warm and cosy focal point. Downstairs is a king-size bedroom where you can curl up and enjoy a little daytime snooze before tackling some of the more energetic walks in the area. Outside you’ll find a large grassed area for Fido to stretch his legs and a pump house containing a washing machine and line for drying clothes.

Just 3 miles from the property is the Lemon Street Market, Truro’s newest indoor shopping destination where you’ll find shops, cafes and a gallery all under one roof. Truro itself is home to a wide range of high street chains and independent shops as well as a cathedral. National Trust-owned Trelissick country house and gardens is just 8.5 miles away, set in its own peninsula with panoramic views over the Fal estuary. You and your four-legged friend will love exploring the meandering paths and parklands here.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Heating very good Hot water good limited Directions to the property, good but very difficult to follow in the dark Owners friendly and helpful.

A lovely cottage in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The cottage is a little difficult to find, but is ideally located for visiting Truro, getting to the A30 and the fantastic dog friendly beach at Perranporth. Weve stayed here three times now and will almost certainly be staying again in the future.

Loved our stay in this cottage beautiful place in a beautiful location a perfect place to stay especially with a dog lots of fields to walk in & only about 10-15 min drive to Perranporth & other places
