Alternatively, St Austell is a little further afield, home to the renowned Eden Project and St Austell Brewery as well as lots of amenities.

The property has one bedroom, which has a king-size zip-and-link bed with memory foam mattress, (which can be made up as a twin on request), en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs, the living space is light and airy, with the lounge/kitchen/diner in an open-plan layout. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair, TV, DVD, wood burner and French doors leading out onto the decked area with a small table and chairs, the kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Outside the property benefits from a decked area with a table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful countryside views, and a private patio area, where there is garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a large grassed area. There is a washing machine located in the pump house below the decking as well as a line for drying clothes. The cottage comes with ample off-road parking.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
