Entering this bright, cheerful single-level cottage, the friendly lounge/diner provides a lovely space to sit back and unwind. You can snuggle up to watch a movie or chat about the day in the airy lounge, while the dining area is perfect for sharing all your favourite family dishes. Heading through the cottage, the light, fully-equipped kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Exploring further there are three warm and cosy bedrooms: two pretty double rooms (one with an en-suite shower room) and a charming bunk bedroom along with a handy family bathroom. Heading outside, a bench and BBQ provides a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy some peace and tranquillity. Shared facilities on site include a large children’s play area, a hot tub, a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and a games room where you can play table football, pool and table tennis. The site has 18 acres of land to explore, and is also home to some friendly donkeys and a Shetland pony.
Perfect for dogs and their owners exploring Exmoor, there are plenty of dog-friendly walks and beaches within reach including Broad Sands, Newberry Beach, Rapparee Cove and Rockham Bay (all within 9 miles). Dogs can join you on the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway (16 miles) and there are lovely pubs and cafes in Ilfracombe (4.5 miles) and Combe Martin (3 miles).
