The property hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. The bins were full, bedding not changed, dirty towels, the upstairs bathroom shower was mouldy and clogged with black hair and the toilet was unclean. It was all extremely dirty. We've stayed in quite a few holiday properties but have never come across anything like this before. The location waRead mores excellent and the cottage well-equipped. Hide

Great location on the banks of the River Severn, with a decent pub next door which serves good food and beer. Excellent walks up and down the banks of the river, if you look carefully you may see kingfishers! Unfortunately the cottage was let down by a lack of cleaning on several counts.

The cottage was in great location, next door to a lovely pub that serves good food and drinks. The local shops are at least a 20minute walk up a very steep hill. Use of a car is a must if shopping. The cottage was rustic, but very comfortable, plenty of seating for the number of guests. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms clean and ready on your arrivaRead morel. Overall a lovely cottage and a great place to stay, if youre into fishing, which we are not and close to Highley Stn. Nice touch a bottle of wine. Hide
