It has a lounge space with comfortable seating, while the kitchen area has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The dining area has a large, spacious table which can accommodate all guests. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom, which has a king-size bed. To complete the downstairs accommodation, there is a wet room – ideal for hosing off any muddy or sandy paws. Upstairs are three more bedrooms. One is a king-size with an en-suite shower room. The final two rooms are both twins, which can share the family bathroom. Outside, there is a wonderful private patio garden, complete with a table and chairs, while to the front is a communal garden with more seating.
The Isle of Wight is a fantastic family holiday destination. The cottage is perfectly placed to make the most of the island, with the nearest beach at Ryde, just 6 miles away. There are plenty of eateries there, as well as traditional seaside attractions for children. Other great activities include a trip to Monkey Haven, only half a mile away, while Carisbrooke Castle is great for history and letting off steam in its vast open spaces.
