Warm and inviting, with high ceilings, original beams and cosy décor, this comfortable single-storey lodge is designed for relaxation. Dogs will love having both of their humans together in the open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining area and lounge are neatly combined. Switch on the Smart TV and let your pups drift off in their beds, dreaming of adventures past and those still to come. The inviting double bedroom is accessed just off this room and features a convenient en-suite shower room. Follow the banks of the River Irthing (1 mile) into the heart of Northumberland, tracing scenic routes through winding country lanes and open fields towards the spectacular Crammel Linn Waterfall (1 mile). Along Hadrian’s Wall, explore the wildlife-rich landscape of Walltown Quarry Country Park (6 miles). This iconic route also forms part of the world-famous Pennine Way, offering yet another superb option for long-distance walks with your four-legged companion. Within 10 miles, reach the northernmost point of the North Pennines, another incredible destination for beloved walking routes.

A lovely, comfortable and peaceful cottage which was very clean and well-equipped. Ourselves and our two dogs were made very welcome by the owners. There was plenty to do and see in the area with lots of great walks.

A really lovely warm and comfortable cottage. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is in a beautiful peaceful spot. Excellent hosts who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great holiday, loved the cottage and will use it again.

We had such a lovely stay, the cottage was just a perfect bolt hole away from our busy lives providing us with the chance to relax and recuperate . The cottage was lovely, warm and comfortable. We had everything that we could possibly need and more. It was spotlessly clean and everything was of a high standard. The hosts were welcoming, friendly anRead mored were very accommodating' They gave us great tips to enjoy ourselves and were very helpful. We would highly recommend a visit to Red Beck Cottages and we will most certainly be back. Hide
