The ground floor also has a fully equipped kitchen and a charming twin bedroom with an additional daybed. The second bedroom is upstairs, a king-size room with original beams and far-reaching views. The accommodation is rounded off with a refreshing bathroom. Just outside the barn, a peaceful courtyard is a lovely spot for dining alfresco. A shared heated outdoor swimming pool is available in the summer months, while younger guests can make use of the shared play area. Private parking is available for two cars. Please note, the courtyard is not enclosed and dogs must be kept on a lead outside as the property backs onto grazing farmland.
This is a wonderful area for dogs and their owners, with the magnificent pet-friendly beaches of Saunton Sands (2 miles) and Woolacombe (6 miles) both within easy reach. The large village of Braunton is just a mile away, with some fantastic pet-welcoming places to eat and drink. For long peaceful walks with stunning scenery, head to the magical Exmoor National Park (10 miles).
