Escape to the Cornish coast with your canine companion close by, enjoying the seven fantastic, pet-friendly beaches that surround the village of St Merryn. Set tails wagging as you explore this fantastic stone cottage, complete with traditionally styled decor and comfortable furnishings that’ll surely make any pack feel right at home. The space hosts a total of four guests and two dogs and is surrounded by footpaths and countryside delights in every direction, ideal for those energetic pups who seek a brand-new adventure each and every day.
On arrival, you’ll first notice a pleasant small lawn and a furnished patio at the front of the property. Whilst this space isn’t enclosed, it’s a good place to settle with a morning coffee whilst Fido stretches their legs, always closely watched. Moving indoors, the heart of the house is a spacious lounge/diner with ample comfortable seating for the humans of the pack and plenty of cosy floor space for your pets to position their beds and blankets. The kitchen is just next door, a place where you’ll no doubt find four-pawed pals innocently sniffing out scraps after dinner. Both bedrooms – a king bed, and a twin – are positioned on the ground floor, along with the shower room.
Known as the ‘Seven Bays for Seven Days’ area, this part of North Cornwall’s coastline is well-established as a beach-goers paradise. All seven beaches welcome dogs all year round, making it an excellent choice for guests with canine pals. St Merryn is just a short distance away (1 mile), as is the livelier town of Padstow (3.5 miles) from which you can embark on the long-stretching Camel Trail walking route (3 miles) or take the passenger ferry over to Rock (4 miles). You’re also not too far from Newquay (10.5 miles), a beloved town filled with pet-friendly pubs that the whole pack will love.
