Stock up the cupboards in the kitchenette, where you should find all you need to rustle together tasty titbits and cook up a three-course meal. Choose a sofa each and take a moment to rest and unwind, moving only to dish out strokes and treats if you’re get the puppy-dog eyes! For evening sunset watching or a post-adventure tail chase, head outside to the pretty courtyard where you can enjoy sipping a tipple. For the perfect sundowner evening, fire up the BBQ and sizzle up something special for all to enjoy. For a real treat, soak yourself in the bubbling hot tub (shared with other properties on-site) before making your way back inside. Rest heads in the inviting bedroom which resides on the first floor and has an en-suite shower room.
A 28-mile trip south will take you to the cathedral city of Brecon. Kick start your day with a waterside wander by the Brecon Canal Basin, before finding a seat at a dog-friendly pub and enjoying a treat or two. Closer to home, visit the stunning RSPB Gwenffrwd-Dinas nature reserve, 8 miles away, where you can wander through woodlands and sniff out new scents and sticks, and follow winding rivers, keeping your eyes peeled for the fantastic birdlife who call this place home.
