Why we love it: Nestled away in the Welsh countryside beside a glittering lake, this dog-friendly glamping pod is a peaceful haven for both two legs and four. Wake up to the sun streaming through the double doors, before popping the kettle on and savouring a warm mug of coffee on the decking. While Fido gambols in the grass, you can hop into the bubbling hot tub and listen to the relaxing sound of nature as the surrounding woodland comes alive with birdsong. 

Why guests love it:On arrival, we were greeted with delicious homemade bread and onion chutney. The pod was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the temperature of the pod could be controlled to suit. The hot tub was gorgeous to just soak in and listen to the wildlife. Why we love it: One of our luxury dog-friendly lodges with a hot tub, this five-star retreat is perfectly positioned on the largest Roman monument in Europe, Hadrian’s Wall. The perfect size for a couple and their four-legged third wheel, this bijou bolthole offers mile-upon-mile of scenic walkies from the doorstep, with a soothing hot tub to soothe aching limbs afterwards. On a sunny day, get the BBQ fired up, throw your tufty-pawed pal a sausage, and soak up the mesmerising country views.

Why guests love it:What a lovely place to stay, we couldn't have asked for more. The pods are immaculate and very tastefully decorated. We had a great time, with walks right outside the door. Our dog was made very welcome, and he had a whale of a time playing in the enclosed area. The owners are very welcoming, and nothing is too much. Just be aware the hot tubs an extra cost, but worth it. Very relaxing.” - Caroline

Private and peaceful, this cute little wood-clad pod rests at end of a long farm lane and enjoys far-reaching views of rolling hills and patchwork fields. While Bella plays in the enclosed lawn area, you can toast to the breathtaking views with a glass of fizz in the hot tub.

On chilly wintry days, cosy up inside, breathing in the heavenly scent of pine as you sit back and watch the flames flickering in the wood burner. And when the sun is shining, you can watch your happy hounds bounding across the enclosed garden from the comfort of the super-indulgent hot tub on the balcony.

Why we love it: Perfect for special celebrations, this large dog-friendly lodge with a hot tub is tucked away within pretty grounds in North Yorkshire. Humans will adore the chic interiors, the gently swaying hammock on the veranda and, of course, the divine hot tub - complete with complimentary fluffy robes - while pooches will be in seventh heaven when they discover their very own room in the garden, aptly named the Dog House!

What’s nearby? Energetic pups can scamper up the local landmark of Roseberry Topping (2 miles) for spectacular views, while fur babies who love splashing in the sea can head 11 miles to the Victorian seaside resort of Saltburn for ball games on the dog-friendly beach, before sharing a portion of paper-wrapped chips with the humans.

Why we love it: Situated on the picturesque Norfolk Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this charming lodge welcomes large groups of friends and family to spend quality time together in gorgeous surroundings. There is an abundance of entertainment here in the form of a cinema room, shared games room, sauna, and the bubbling highlight - the private hot tub.

Why guests love it: “Sea Glass Barn is amazing. Stunning property in a fantastic location overlooking fields and a windmill and just a very pleasant 10-minute stroll to the beach. We all loved the hot tub and cinema room and the main bathroom and en-suites had fantastic showers. The whole place is beautifully decorated, and the super large island unit is stunning.”Fiona

Why we love it: With elegant interiors that must be seen to be believed, this former shooting lodge in Dorset is a treat of a retreat for two and four-legged family members. Dog bowls at the ready, you can choose to dine beside the crackling wood burner in the dining room or enjoy BBQs outside in the huge flower-filled garden. The large hot tub is the perfect spot to drink in the sweeping countryside views, and guests can take their pick of three sumptuous bedrooms in the main lodge or the secluded bedroom in the additional log cabin in the garden.
