Having said that, Bridlington Beach is one that water-loving hounds won’t forget - its miles of sand and shingle beach boasting fantastic views of the chalk cliffs of Flamborough Head. This glorious beach is reason enough to bring the dog along to our pet-friendly holiday lets in Bridlington. Though there are summer restrictions in place, the rest of the year is the perfect time for your pooch to have a run along the sands and a splash in the shallows, wind in their fur as they work out whether they dare put their nose in a tempting rock pool. The more refined canine will find that dog-watching along the promenade by the South Beach is a far better option. 

A couple of miles down the Yorkshire Coast from our pet-friendly Bridlington accommodation, the very canine-friendly Fraisthorpe Beach with its cafes stocking doggy ice lollies and sausages is a must-visit, and in Bridlington itself, there is a dog-friendly land train, boat trip and various restaurants that allow your four-legged friend.
