This ideally located countryside bolt hole is a great base for couples to explore all that both Cornwall and Devon have to offer.

Escape to the romantic landscape of Cornwall for scenic walks, cream teas and more pooch-friendly coastal adventures than your beloved hound could dream of. This cosy cottage sleeps two humans along with two canine companions and is located on the cusp of the North Cornwall coastline, an iconic destination that boasts some of the most historic landmarks in the UK including legendary Tintagel. Fill your days with adventures before returning to your restful haven for snug evenings relaxing with a glass of wine and delicious local fare.

Swap your walking boots for your slippers and put your feet up on the sofa, enjoying some relaxed TV viewing before supper. You’ll have everything you need to prepare tasty treats in the kitchen, and there is a bijou-style table for light breakfasts and morning coffee with a view from the windows. Refresh yourself in the shower room and retire to bed in the double bedroom, which is delightfully styled and spacious enough for a basket or two. Outside, the safely enclosed garden has seating for evening drinks in the fading sunshine, and there is off-road parking for one car.

Unravel the fascinating past of the imposing Tintagel Castle, an ominous sight at the top of a towering cliff from the dog-friendly beach below. Linked to Arthurian legend, Tintagel can be easily reached within 10 miles, and your tufty-pawed pal is welcome throughout the castle and on cliff-top walks if they are safely kept on a lead. Bocastle is 8.5 miles further along the rugged coastline, where you’ll discover a charming harbour, breathtaking walks and the famous thumping and snorting blow-hole affectionately referred to as the ‘Devil’s Bellows’.

Tucked away from the main road this cottage was quiet and cosy. Well equipped kitchen meant we could cook most nights. Bed was comfy and cosy, bathroom clean and tidy. Very dog friendly! Excellent week away, would highly recommend if you want to be somewhere away from the masses.

A neat and tidy cottage in a great location for exploring North Cornwall. Well equipped with a very comfy bed / bedding. The Wilsey Down pub served us the best fish & chips we've had in years. Although the pub is within walking distance the access road from the cottage is unlit & has few areas of verge for refuge should you meet traffic. A very comfortable & welcoming little cottage in a great location for beaches & coastal walks. Close to Boscatle, port Isaac (Doc Martin) Bude & Padstow. Great countryside views from property and enclosed garden for your furry four legged friend. Strongly recommend.

Amazing little cottage, felt home from home, our little furball enjoyed his first holiday, will definitely book again for next year. Ideal location so quiet and loved listening to children playing and laughing, a little welcome pack for us and for furball, if you love the country this is your ideal location.

A nice place, but not suitable for small reactive dogs . No lighting in garden area so you will need a torch .It's a working farm with small children ... and dogs ,could get quite noisy through the adjoining wall. The enclosed garden has a gate that my dogs could get under easily . It's in an ideal location for places to visit.

Lovely little cottage in the countryside, perfect for anyone wanting the quiet and tranquility this offers. Hosts are friendly and dont micromanage you in the property, nice touch of gifts and flowers on arrival. Garden was great for dogs as had post and rail fencing, teamed with sheep fencing so was safe for littler dogs.

Our accomadation was attached to another cottage, but it was small, spotlessly clean and had everything required for a good holiday. With a lovely 'welcome' pack and beautiful roses on arrival, we really couldn't fault anything. We would very highly recommend.
