On a warm summer’s evening, get the sausages on the BBQ in the private garden and dine alfresco whilst taking in the gorgeous countryside views. End the day by relaxing in the bathtub before getting cosy under the covers with a good book. The large shower in the en-suite bathroom is sure to refresh you ready for the day ahead.

Just 3 miles away you’ll find Manifold Valley which offers plenty of walking and cycle routes to explore, including a hike to Thor’s Cove, making this a great day out for nature lovers and stick-chasers alike. For a more gentle stroll, head to the local pub which is less than 0.5 miles from the property and welcomes your furry friends too. Perfect location as a base for walking in the Peaks and travelling around. Cottage was warm and cosy with everything you need including bowls for the dogs. Well cared for, bright and airy and most importantly a 2 minute walk to the pub.

An amazing holiday had in the lovely homely cottage. We loved the quirks and perks of the cottage and how warm it was as soon as we walked through the door!

Beautiful cottage in an idilic location! The cottage itself is so well decorated and really makes you feel at home. Our dogs loved their stay, and it was so useful to have a field at the back to let them have a run around in. I would definitely recommend friends and family and we would love to visit again!

A fantastic find in a wonderfully scenic part of the country. The cottage is snug and cosy and beautifully kept inside. The view from the back kitchen window is so relaxing. We will definitely return.
