This stylish period cottage is nestled in a wonderful location on the Northumberland Heritage Coastline with magnificent countryside and coastal views towards Budle Bay, part of the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve and Holy Island. Close to the picture postcard seaside village of Bamburgh, with friendly local Inns and quality eateries to enjoy. Visit the spectacular Bamburgh Castle, Grace Darling Museum and St Aidan's Church. Explore the magnificent coastline and sandy beaches or play a round of golf at the local 18-hole golf club. Enjoy boat trips from nearby Seahouses to the Farne Islands and spot puffins, seals and amazing bird life. Or take a trip to Holy island or Lindisfarne which can be accessed via a tidal causeway.

Step inside this beautiful single storey stone-built cottage into the hall, the perfect place to store your outdoor clothing, through to the light and bright lounge. Relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy the magnificent sea and countryside views after a day out exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Watch a movie together on the large Smart TV with Blu ray DVD player or enjoy cosy nights in front of the wood burner. Next is the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and a TV. There is also a comfortable dining area in the kitchen with ample seating, ideal for meals with family or friends. Continuing down the hallway and you will find three bedrooms all with TVs. Comprising of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC and a twin with another en-suite shower and WC. Finally completing the accommodation is a double bedroom with Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, with direct access also from the hall.

Wonderful holiday cottage in a great location. Extremely well equipped for 6 people and very clean. Comfy beds, pillows and duvets. Stayed for 3 nights but will return for a longer holiday. Helen and Lance are charming hosts.

Perfectly equipped cottage with lots of space and everything you could possibly need. Situated in an ideal part of Northumberland, close to the beautiful beaches and pretty villages / towns and easy access to A1 if wanting to travel further afield. Five of us in the party. We had a lovely week, weather was perfect. Hosts gave us a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Northumberland is birth county for 3 of us so very special memories were created again.

A gorgeous cottage in a beautiful area. Helen & Lance, the owners, are around if you need them but also respect your privacy. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area.

Great holiday cottage in very peaceful location. Lots to see and do nearby. The hosts (Helen & Lance) are exceedingly welcoming. I would recommend this cottage as a place to stay.

The cottage was clean and very tidy. The furnishing are lovely, bathrooms and bedrooms are excellent. Lounge was a good size for a party of 6 and a dog. Kitchen well equipped.

This was by far the best cottage that we have ever stayed in. It was in a beautiful location and close to the gorgeous beaches in Northumberland. The garden was massive and we were able to eat outside as well as inside. The cottage was spacious, the 3 bedrooms were beautiful and each had its own bathroom. The showers were to die for. Beautiful cottage, spacious with superb views (Holy Island can be see from all the bedroom windows). The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic for exploring the Northumberland coastline and all it has to offer. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend.

Lovely, well equipped cottage in an excellent location for exploring the Northumberland coast. Beautiful views from the cottage and an excellent enclosed garden for a dog. The garden swing ball and football sets are a lovely thought for young guests. Would definitely recommend and would happily come back.

Our stay in the Cott at Cragmill was absolutely perfect. The property is cosy, well equipped, has an excellent garden and is well situated for both ease of access and stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
