The cottage is around the corner from the village shop and only a short walk from the beach and promenade. A group of four can relax with two four-footed friends in the charming stone cottage’s ample interior, before heading out for seaside fun or rural exploration.
Kick off your shoes and dust down sandy paws in the hallway and enter the tastefully furnished lounge/diner, sinking into a cosy sofa or one of the two rush-seated armchairs. Unwind at the end of a wonderful day exploring in front of the TV, tinkle on an upright piano, find a toy chest full of board games or read from a good selection of books, maps and area guides. Rustle up a favourite family meal and dine in the spacious lounge/diner at the fine wooden table. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Youngsters can retire at the end of a long day to a comfy twin bedroom with children’s beds and books. Unwind outside on the spacious furnished patio, a lovely suntrap (or pup sunbathing spot) in the warmer months, overlooking a lovely neighbouring garden filled with wildflowers and small fruit trees.

Berwick offers a great selection of shops, galleries, craft shops, restaurants and friendly pubs, as well as golden beaches and beautiful, scenic river walks. You will be perfectly situated for exploring Northumberland's numerous treasures, including many stunning castles, seaside towns and villages including the Cheviot Hills (25 miles), the Northumberland National Park's Dark Skies (17 miles), Holy Island (12 miles) and much more.
