Cottage was very basic and had not been updated for many years. Area is secluded with very little amenities. Outside area unkept and not pleasant to sit outside. Overpriced

Beautifully situated to explore the Borders. Lovely quiet village with good access to towns in the Borders. Friendly pub just next door and manager was most helpful. Nice cottage very clean and well equipped but lacked that cosy feel which would put us off booking again.

I couldn't write anything positive about the cottage, it was a great disappointment. It felt totally uncared for and unloved. The outside was very unkempt.

Great for dog owners. Lovely location. Good value. Some comfort improvements would make this property shine. Go alpaca trekking at Beirhope if you get a chance. Enormous fun!

Very nice and cozy cottage with just about everything you need provide , the welcome pack of milk bread wine and crisps was a lovely little extra.
