Lovely property. Very clean, centrally located within Appledore - parking not a problem as there is a local car park at the bottom of the road - we bought a 7 day parking ticket for 30 or you can pay 10 per day. Would recommend easily transportable luggage if you do have to park in car park on arrival or departure (although we just pulled up outsidRead moree the house, blocking the road for 5 mins whilst we quickly unloaded) Good dog walk Northam Burrows 5 min drive away - free parking & beach access. We stayed here 2 years ago so got exactly what we expected. An excellent base to stay with our 2 elderly Jack Russell's. My only comment on location is that the cottage is at the top of a veriy steep hill which maybe it would be helpful to stress in marketing material. I imagine some might struggle to walk up from the quayside.

Beautiful cottage. Spotlessly clean. The only negative would be the garden. If you love to sit outside this isn't the cottage for you.
