Ascend a small flight of external steps to access this ground-floor apartment, heading straight into the contemporary kitchen. Wooden flooring here offers the perfect spot to dry off wet fur, throwing used towels into the handy utility room if needed. In the lounge/dining room you can enjoy meals by the generous window, looking out onto the quiet tree-lined street. Settle into the comfy sofas to watch TV or a DVD, leaving Fido and Rover happily curled up in front of the cosy electric fire. To the rear of the property is a shared courtyard for a breath of fresh air and to the front is a private parking space – gold dust in busy Harrogate!

 

Harrogate’s town centre is just 0.5 miles from your doorstep, offering stunning independent shops, eateries and world-famous tearooms. Treat yourself to afternoon tea in town then head back for the dogs, stretching their legs with a trip to nearby 200-acre park The Stray (1 mile). Let your muttley crew sniff out some adventure in the nearby Yorkshire Dales National Park (6 miles), visiting the stunning Brimham Rocks (14 miles) or unforgettable Malham Cove (31 miles). The area is awash with pretty villages to peruse, including Grassington (23.5 miles), Bolton Abbey (17 miles) and Pateley Bridge (15 miles).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Flat is only 5 minutes walk from centre and so ideally located. Parking space a bonus although fee on street parking was also available when we stayed. Could do with a bit of a spruce up but quite comfortable with all the facilities you need.

A great apartment for visiting the town and surrounding areas. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Parking for a car is easy, nice little courtyard if the weather is on your side!

Great location, 10 minutes walk into the centre of Harrogate but easy access into the Dales. Large reserved parking space at the rear of the property. Steep steps up to the rear door. Although surrounded by other properties it was a quiet location, bedroom at the back so no traffic noise either.

Very conveniently located for the town centre and conference centre with it opens. Location gives easy access to attractions on the north side of Harrogate like Fountains Abby and Ripley Castle. It's about 45 minute walk through valley gardens and woodland to RHS Harlow Carr
