Set in a quiet residential cul-de-sac yet within a short walk to a selection of amenities including a golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, restaurants, galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. The South West Coast Path also offers spectacular walking in either direction, there is also the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve offering some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall and days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock and Padstow.
Enter the property, on your left is the snug which boasts a comfy sofa, Smart TV and an Xbox 360. Following on from here, you have the well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and gas hob, coffee machine, kitchen island with breakfast bar, fridge and a dishwasher. Leading off from the kitchen is a dining room with seating for eight and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer. Adjacent to the utility room is the downstairs WC. Off the utility is a door which leads into the garage with small pool table, fridge/freezer and storage for surf and body boards, wet suits and beach equipment. Heading back to the front door, to the right is the lounge area, with two large leather sofas, a decorative flame effect electric fire and Smart TV, a great space for those nights in after a long day at the beach. Head upstairs and you will find four bedrooms, one king-size with en-suite shower and WC, one double with en-suite shower and WC and two twin bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a king-size on request at time of booking). On the first floor you will also find the contemporary family bathroom with a bath and handheld shower, separate walk in shower and WC.
Venture outside, and you will find a large enclosed garden area, with furniture and coal BBQ located on the decked area. A truly great space for all the family to enjoy a meal on a summers evening. There is off-road parking for two cars and further roadside parking.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
