Located just across the water from the better-known Fowey and connected to by the Polruan Ferry which crosses the harbour every fifteen minutes. Fowey is a bustling small port with many craft shops, galleries and restaurants and attractive moorings. From here, ferries run to the nearby fishing town of Mevagissey, Boddinick and Polruan. Head slightly further afield and visit Polperro and Looe with their rugged coastlines, small beaches and range of independent shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants.
Enter this quaint traditional fisherman's cottage and step into the lounge with sofas, period fire surround and open fire, the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring and enjoy a film on the TV/DVD. Heading into the kitchen/diner which is equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Gather around the table with seating for four and enjoy breakfast or an evening meal together. At the end of the day head upstairs to the three bedrooms, there is a choice of a double with views across the river, a second small double also enjoying river views and a single. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with roll top bath and WC.
Outside, there is a rising garden which leads to a secret private garden with gazebo with harbour views. There is no parking at the property, however, guests are able to unload directly outside the property and parking is available nearby car parks (charges apply).
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
