This remarkable property is perfectly situated overlooking Brixham’s harbour and has been fitted and furnished to a delightful standard throughout, offering the perfect retreat whatever time of year.

Gaze out across the harbour from this bright, top-floor apartment which welcomes one delighted dog, as well as two guests. Enjoy your position at the heart of the English Riviera town in Brixham, where you can explore the bustling streets with their colourful shops and restaurants. Stroll out from your romantic retreat to dog-friendly beaches or follow a section of the South West Coast Path, with its magnificent views along the cliffs and out to sea.

Climb the shared staircase and pause in the hall to remove muddy boots and give your furry friend a good rub down. Step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner to watch the Smart TV or gaze at the boats coming in and out of the harbour, while your furry pal stretches out at your feet. Serve Fido his supper in the kitchen area then prepare a romantic candlelit dinner for two to enjoy at the table. Find a useful washing machine in here too for whizzing through those damp doggy towels. As night falls, head to one of your two comfortable bedrooms, which share the apartment’s shower room.

You’ll discover lots of fabulous walks from your Brixham base. Grab the lead and stroll just over 1 mile to the secluded cove and dog-friendly beach at St Mary’s Bay; pups on leads are also welcome to wander through the nearby Berry Head National Nature Reserve with you. Head approximately 1 mile in the other direction to quiet Fishcombe Cove, which also welcomes four-legged friends all year round. Embark upon as long a section of the South West Coast Path from Brixham as you think you can manage. The 13-mile stretch to Babbacombe is interesting as it takes you along the Paignton and Torquay seafronts and then becomes rural and passes golden beaches and headlands before reaching the downs.

Lovely property, well placed to use as a base. Transport excellent , bus, ferry, boat trips, lovely restaurants, bit noisy early morning traffic but doesnt last long.

We had a lovely time the flat was beautiful in a great location the only thing I would say is if you have young children or not to good on your legs you have to go up on a fire escape to get to the flat it was not a problem with us and would recommend to my friends

A lovely apartment very clean and tidy. Milk and biscuits when arriving was a nice touch. I would not recommend staying here if you want to go to bed early as blue Anchor pub has live music Friday and Saturday night until 11.30-12pm. Quiets down after this for the rest of the week. Excellent location, right on the quay. The views are so relaxing and picturesque. You must really try the fish and chips from the restaurant below the apartment, they are really well made and extremely tasty. You get a little noise from the pub next door to the apartment on a Friday and Saturday evening but it doesn't go on late in the evening and Read moreits just a noise not antisocial noise. Absolutely stunning flat with views to die for right across the harbour. Wonderfully presented, very clean and renovated to a very high standard. The cottage was clean comfortable and a perfect location. We could sit in the lounge and watch the boats in the harbour. Shops were very close and we couldn't have chosen a better location. We didn't want to leave!
