This cosy bungalow is tucked away in the delightful village of Davidstow, and is part of a desirable complex individually benefiting from charming views overlooking a stretch of the River Inny.

Located on the edge of Bodmin moor this is the perfect spot to explore the spectacular North Cornwall coast. The area is a firm favourite with walkers and cyclists to take in the breath-taking views along the South West Coastal Path. Visit the fishing villages of Port Isaac, Padstow, Tintagel and Bostcastle a short drive away, perfect to explore and watch the world go by. Nearby popular tourist attractions include the Eden Project, Tamar lakes, numerous National Trust properties and the Launceston Steam Railway.

On entering the single storey property, you are met with a small porch with room for boots and coats and here you will find games and tennis racquets for your use whilst at the property. Step up into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, make yourself comfortable on the leather sofa and watch the TV or enjoy a movie on the DVD. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dining table with plenty of space for four to dine. There is a door from the kitchen area that leads out to the enclosed patio area. There are two bedrooms, one double and one bunk bedroom located off the lounge area and the bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside, there is an enclosed rear patio area with built in BBQ and garden furniture. The property has use of a shared outdoor tennis court and picnic lake and has an allocated parking bay in the adjacent parking area.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

It's a beautiful cottage set on a lovely clean privet site, facing a little stream so nice and quite, fantastic for dogs and kids nice secure garden, lovely to sit out at night and fantastic location to reach many place in north Cornwall, will definitely book again
