A stylish apartment split over two floors in the heart of one of the south coast much loved seaside resorts. A great base to explore the beauty that is on offer here.

Located in Southbourne, a vibrant suburb of Bournemouth, this gorgeous apartment sleeps six guests and one four-legged chum. You’ll be perfectly placed to explore some of the stunning paw-friendly beaches the area has to offer, including Hengistbury Head (2.5 miles away) and Highcliffe (5.5 miles away). There are also some wonderful woof-friendly attractions nearby, including Dorset Heavy Horse Farm Park (15.5 miles away).

Head up the stairs to the first floor, where you’ll find a stylish open-plan lounge/diner. The space is light and bright, with ample space for you to spread out and relax during the holiday. The kitchen has a quirky American diner theme, with a chic breakfast bar and stools as well as additional diner-style seating in the window overlooking the garden. There is a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can easily deal with all your dog-walking gear. To the front of the property is a beautifully maintained garden, where Rover can potter around, and a patio area for al fresco dining on a summer’s evening.

Enjoy a peaceful walk on the south-facing pebble beach at Hengistbury Head, where woofers are welcome all year. Afterwards, grab a refreshment at the cafe; four-legged visitors are allowed in the outdoor seating area and there’s a doggy drink station. Marvel at the spectacular architecture at Highcliffe Castle, where you can amble through the pretty woodland and immaculate gardens. When you’re done, stroll down to the beach and admire the fabulous views across to the Isle of Wight. For a fun day out, journey to Dorset Heavy Horse Farm Park. As well as the opportunity to meet the 20 rare breed heavy horses, there are pony rides for the kids and they can feed the animals. Canine guests are welcome in most areas.

Farley is a great cottage close to local shops, quiet and very cosy. We are coming very often to Poole/Bournemouth and it is the best cottage we had to rent with an attractive price. We'll be back !!!!!!!

Fantastic place to stay for a holiday. Walking distance to the beach. The house is lovely and clean and is very well equipped, the owner has thought of everything to cater for your stay here. Liked it so much that we will be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely 4 bedroom apartment. It is extremely well-maintained - comfortable bedrooms, washing and drying facilities, bathroom and additional shower room, lovely kitchen overlooking the road and comfortable living room area. Everything was supplied to make arrival easy. From coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwasher tablets and washing machine laundry tablets. It felt most welcoming.

A very thoughtfully put together property with everything from welcome biscuits to dog beds to board games. The location was great for the beach and other local amenities for those rainy days! Southbourne was a lovely area.

Second time staying at Farley,lovely spacious accommodation, very well equipped. Very close to all amenities and a short walk to the beach. Parking can be a problem if you have more than one car, though usually found parking eventually. Will definitely book again.

The holiday home was lovely - spacious, clean, welcoming, comfortable and dog friendly. A few minutes walk from local restaurants and shops on the high street, and just a short walk to the beach and promenade. An ideal location for walking and exploring the local area.

I was staying here with my family and Hattie the dog. The appartment was 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Southbourne high street is under 5 mins walk were Sainsbury's , Co op and Tesco are all located. Seafront is a 10 minutes walk and there you can walk along the Promanard all the way to Bournemouth.

Very good, spacious apartment in an excellent location. The lovely town was only 2 minutes walk and featured lots of good restaurants. Only 10 minutes stroll to the beach and a short drive to Christchurch and Lymington and a little further to Swanage and Weymouth. Fantastic holiday home, clean and spacious, everything you need. Lovely personal touch of wine, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk. Lovely dog bed and treats for the dog. Lovely location to the beaches. Lovely independent high street, gift shops, bakery, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

What a fabulous place to stay! Photos do not do it justice! The flat has everything you need for a stay (including a little shed with a bbq and beach items in). Its beautifully decorated and rooms are a really good size. Its a short walk to southbourne high street and the bus stop which takes you to Bournemouth and Poole. The beach is also a short Read morewalk away with dog friendly sections. We had lovely food/ drink at renoufs and sobo fish restaurant Would definitely stay again Hide
