Sleeping 14 guests and three delightful doggies, there’s more than enough room for your entire pack to relax. Man’s best friend will go barking mad for the vast surrounding gardens, whilst adults and kids can splash out in the pool or even enjoy a game of football. Tennis balls aren’t reserved just for fetch here in Devon where private tennis courts are yours to enjoy.

 

This stylish barn conversion boasts large windows, high ceilings and clean white walls, leaving each room feeling bright and airy - a treat to come home to each day. After a long day of walkies and fetch, head straight into the utility room to dry off muddy paws, throwing wet towels in the washing machine as needed. Cooking and dining are done in a spacious, open-plan family kitchen, where the entire family can sit down together, and doe-eyed dogs can beg for treats. The living room is the cosiest space to unwind late at night, with humans lounged on the sofas and your four-legged friends curled up before the wood burner, recharging before another long day of adventure.

 

Set tails splashing with trips to some of North Devon’s most beautiful beach spots. The shingle beach at Combe Martin lies just 1.5 miles from your doorstep and the popular swimming spot, Broad Sands, is just over 2.5 miles away. Let the dogs out at Exmoor National Park, a wonderful expanse of Devonshire moorland. Be sure to make time for a trip to nearby Barnstaple (10 miles), where independent shops and a covered market provide a relaxing spot to while away an afternoon.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Beach bums will adore a day out at Woolacombe Beach (10 miles), a lovely golden sand beach located in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Considered to be one of the finest beaches in the West Country, it’s a big hit with families and surfers. The history buffs in your party will enjoy a trip on the famous Lynton and Lynmouth funicular Cliff Railway (15 miles), which opened in 1890 and is the highest and the steepest water-powered railway in the world. This railway is Grade II listed and provides stunning coastal views. And the kids in your group will love spending a day at the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (3.5 miles), where they can see lions, meerkats, sealions and penguins, as well as impressive life-sized animatronic dinosaurs.

An amazing property in a beautiful setting, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, made use of the local shop and kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool even if the weather wasnt perfect. Short drives to Combe Martin and Ilfracombe with plenty of great cafes and shops.

Perfect for our family group of 13. Stunning view and great facilities including great BBQ. My granddaughter learnt to ride her bike on the tennis court when it wasnt being used for a family tournament.

Lovely place to relax. Pool was a bonus and used every day by all. Parking was a bit chaotic when everyone was there but we managed.
