Set in a tranquil and secluded spot in a beautiful and idyllic Norfolk village, this delightful bolthole is a charming and romantic retreat which is perfect for exploring both coast and countryside.

Less than 500m from the shingle beach at Cley-next-the-Sea, this beautifully converted former apple store boasts an idyllic spot to relax in the coastal air. Sleeping two, it’s a wonderful location for a couples’ escape, with plenty of wonderful walks from the doorstep to entertain your beloved furry friend too. Disconnect from everyday life for a truly unplugged stay; the property has no access to Wi-Fi, so you can spend time focusing on each other -- and most importantly, your hound!

Set within the grounds of the owner’s Georgian village house, this delightful split-level property enjoys a tranquil spot tucked into the lee of the walled garden. The open-plan lounge/diner offers a light-filled and comfortable space in which to relax, dine, and plan for tomorrow's adventure. Cosy up on the sofa and watch a film as Fido curls up on the rug for a well-deserved snooze. A few steps lead up into the stylish kitchen, which keen cooks will be delighted to find is well-equipped for all your needs. Exploring this lovely property further, you will find a warm and welcoming king-size bedroom -- wake up to garden views before stepping into the attractive courtyard garden for your morning coffee.

Visit the National Wildlife Trust’s Cley Marshes just 1 mile away, the oldest and best-known nature reserve in the region. Spot the migrating wildfowl and waders in the lagoons, reedbed and marsh. The Norfolk Coastal Path will offer plenty of spots for enjoying a game of fetch or two; follow it to Cromer (12.5 miles) or Wells-next-the-Sea (9.5 miles). Dive into sand-filled fun at one of the nearby beaches: visit Holkham (11 miles), Blakeney Point (1.5 miles), or Sheringham (7.5 miles).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
