Part of a group of properties, this house is perfect for a family and their dog. Close to the countryside (so any canine companions are always happy!), the facilities include a swimming pool, games room and tennis court. It’s ideal for those who need lots of entertainment even when staying in and relaxing.

The property itself is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor, the comfortable lounge has an electric fire to warm up in front of on chilly nights and enjoy a good film on the TV. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped and stylish. It has everything you need to cook delicious meals at any time of day. Upstairs, the two bedrooms are a double and a twin. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. The outside and communal areas are a real selling point for the property. The swimming pool is indoors and heated, while the games room has table tennis, pool, table football, a full-size snooker table and children’s games. Outside, there’s a tennis court and a seven-a-side football field, for which your dog could help make up a full-side team.

While the property is in its own private wooded glade, it''s also surrounded by open farmland and in the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. If you need an urban hit, the market town of Settle is only 7 miles away, but the majority of guests come to get away from it all. Walks in the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland are usually on the menu – both within 10 miles and something that keeps four-legged guests very happy.

A perfect cottage! It has everything youd need for a holiday. The pool and games room are fabulous-something extra and loved by our teenage daughter. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
