We spent a really good week in Swallows. There were 11 of us including 2 teenagers and 2 little ones and there was plenty of room for everyone and their needs. It is comfortable and generally well-equipped. The sulfur water from the borehole was a challenge for most of us so bringing in bottled water is a good idea. The swimming pool and games rooRead morem are excellent and were made good use of in all our slots in the timetable. We were joined for the week by my brother and his family who were in Jenny Wren and we were all able to fit round Swallows' large dining table for evening meals. The weather wasn't brilliant but we did manage to use the terrace on a sunny afternoon and there are lovely walks down to the stream. Hide
