The location and current use as riding centre, brought back memories. The property inside was just 'quality', and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and thoughtfully provided some basic items on our arrival. The addition of an Air-Fryer would complete the perfect Kitchen.

Lovely cottage on a working farm. We were surprised by how spacious the cottage is - great big sofas for relaxing on in the evening and a large well equipped kitchen/ dining room. The two double bedrooms also felt large and light, despite being under the eaves. The cottage was very warm and the heating system effective and easy to use. Comfortable cottage which was well equipped. Hot tub was brilliant - takes a few hours to warm up but well worth the wait. Owners are on site and are only there when you need them. Would highly recommend.

What a brilliant holiday cottage! Plenty of room, well equipped & a fantastic location. The wood fired hot tub was a brilliant addition, although initially getting it going took hours - once it was warm though the next few days it only took an hour to heat up again. Incredible views from just above the cottage & fantastic walks from the door. The fRead morearm is also a campsite so there is a shop & pony trekking available at certain times of the year! Hide

We really enjoyed this barn conversion a short walk up the hill to see amazing views, I would say 4 star just because it could have been cleaned a bit better and the bench was broken outside the front door. The hot tub looks well used. But we enjoyed it all.

The cottage was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The sofa was especially comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials we needed. One point to note for dog owners: while the property is listed as dog-friendly, its more accurate to describe it as dog-tolerant. Dogs arent allowed upstairs, this wasnt in the listing but a sign was up Read morewhen we arrived. We created a makeshift barrier, but had we known about this restriction in advance, we likely would have chosen elsewhere. Hide
