Surrounded by stunning countryside, this beautifully presented barn conversion in the Snowdonia National Park boasts some breathtaking rural and coastal views. Located on a working farm and equestrian centre, it sleeps six people over three bedrooms and welcomes one furry friend. Your family or friends are sure to adore soaking in the hot tub and your pup is certain to enjoy exploring the enclosed garden/patio.

Overflowing with rural charm, this light and airy barn conversion is set in a peaceful complex of properties. Step inside and to your right you’ll find a useful boot room – the perfect place to wipe off any muddy paws. To your left, you’ll see a well-equipped kitchen area, stylish dining area and cosy lounge area. Outdoor living is a pleasure at this property, so spark up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the patio. Take a relaxing dip in the hot tub as you soak up the ruggedly beautiful views, while your dog happily explores the enclosed garden area. At the end of the day, there are three sumptuous bedrooms to choose from.

The pretty pebbled beach at Llwyngwril (4 miles) is dog-friendly all year round and has plenty of rock pools to explore when the tide is out. Cregennan Lakes (3 miles) also welcome doggy visitors. These lovely lakes are located on the northern slopes of Cadair Idris, some 800 feet above sea level, so they offer spectacular views over the Mawddach Estuary. Adventurous pups are also welcome to take a trip onboard Fairbourne Steam Railway (1 mile), which has been running from Fairbourne village to the mouth of the Mawddach Estuary to connect with the ferry to Barmouth for over a century.

We had a fantastic holiday and the corner barn exceeded our expectations. It is in a fantastic location and was beautifully appointed. We made use of the garden, hot tub and BBQ.

Lovely house, beautiful setting and very clean. Hot tub nice feature but does take a while to heat up ( over 3 hrs ) . Gated garden gives some room for dogs to have some space but limited places to walk off lead straight from cottage. Welcome pack on arrival was nice. Saw some beautiful sunsets from short walk from cottage to campsite on same site.

My only concern was the lack of information regarding the hot tub before arrival so be aware it is a wood fired hot tub and you need to purchase the wood 6 for a bag of large wood lasts about 3 hours 4 for a bag of kindling to get it going. The property was very nice and for us the location was great.

We had a wonderful time in north Wales. Accomodation was homely and clean. Lovely seating/garden for afternoons with a book. Hot tub a hit with the kids. Fab to walk over to Barmouth on the bridge and fairbourne mini railway on the doorstep. Suggestion only for a coat rack.

Fantastic barn conversion with gorgeous views out to sea. Easy to get around for walks from Fairbourne and other local areas like Tywyn, Dolgellau and Barmouth. Absolutely loved our stay, really relaxing with all the home comforts you could need. Would definitely book again.

Very spacious cottage . Very clean . Comfy sofas . Location a little far to walk to the beach , shop , bar restaurant etc for us ( stayed in winter and was very cold and wet) but would probably be doable in spring and summer. Would recommend this cottage . .
