Occupying what was once the ballroom of a handsome 19th century manor house, this period property can accommodate up to six guests as well as two dogs. Shared landscaped gardens will give you plenty of outdoor space to explore, whilst the area surrounding the property is an absolute delight for outdoor enthusiasts, with fantastic walks to be enjoyed in the Snowdonia National Park, as well as along the North Wales coast and over on Anglesey.

As you approach this attractive period property you will find it hard not to fall in love with the picturesque setting and spacious shared gardens. Once inside, you will find that the property has been sympathetically updated to incorporate original features such as beamed ceilings and a fireplace with a warming wood burner, alongside comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are three restful bedrooms upstairs, all with a sloping ceiling and therefore some reduced head-height. Outside, in addition to the shared gardens, you will find a private patio area which is a great spot for enjoying al fresco drinks on sunny days.

Set on the north-eastern edge of Snowdonia National Park, the location of this property naturally lends itself to getting out and about in the fresh air and enjoying some of Wales’ most beautiful countryside. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy walking and climbing, as well as outdoor activities including surfing on the purpose-built lagoon at the Surf Snowdonia Adventure Park (4 miles). The historic town of Conwy can be reached within 5 miles, home to the impressive 13th century Conwy Castle, as well as a range of shops and eateries. Just to the west of the town, you will find Morfa Beach, a wide stretch of sand which is a favourite for sea glass hunters and welcomes dogs all year round.

We had such a lovely time at this beautiful home. Beth has thought of everything from beautiful decor to being very well equipped. It was exceptionally clean! Views are magnificent! Beth was very helpful when we arrived and got us some extra things we needed and answered messages quickly. She is also posting an item we left, very much appreciated!
