What a lovely week we've just had! The cottage is deceptively spacious, immaculately furnished and spotlessly clean. The patio area is totally private with nothing but countryside in front of it. The location is great with some lovely villages within easy driving distance and some of the views you see when travelling around are truly spectacular! We loved everything about the cottage. Bed was huge and so comfy. Kitchen had everything youd need and more. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture, especially the oat biscuits (not something we normally eat but we finished the packet!). The logs for the fire was a perfect amount for the weekend. Having a pub with amazing food 5 min walk up the roadRead more was an added bonus. The Christmas decs were beautiful as were all the furnishings. Only negative was the weatherbut cant do much about that Hide

Excellent cottage in a perfect location. The cottage was very spacious for a one bed cottage. The bed and bedroom were much larger than the photos show. The bathroom was enormous. It was warm. We enjoyed the log burner. Very cosy in the evenings. Location perfect. Could walk to a pub. Lots of walks on the moors and easy to drive to Whitby, York, HeRead morelmsley and also to the steam railway and Hogsmeade and Heartbeat locations! Would go there again. We thoroughly recommend this cottage. Hide
