The cottage is very comfortable and functional for 4 people and their dogs. The iinterior looks nice and the dogs can have a good snif in the secured back garden.

We spent a lovely few days at garden cottage. We found it to be very well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. It was very peaceful and cosy with the fire lit, in the evening. And the bed was amazingly comfy. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Fantastic holiday cottage! Loved the garden in particular, brilliant for dogs, fully secure. Great location, close to the moors but very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend walking 5 minutes round the corner to the farm shop to buy fresh eggs and milk and the local pub is 2 mins away (Royal Oak) which is brilliant.

Wonderful place to stay and a great base to explore the area, from York to Whitby and so much in between. The cottage is well presented, had everything we needed and was a comfortable home for our week-long stay.

Lovely cottage in a great area. Lots of character and really cosy, small kitchen but had everything you need. But the garden is the highlight, large attractive and totally secure for dogs or children. My dog loved it. Also excellent comfy garden furniture, we spent a lot of time relaxing in garden. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
