Providing spacious and relaxing holiday accommodation for two guests – with plenty of room for a four-legged friend too – this airy and welcoming getaway features high ceilings, exposed beams and a pretty enclosed garden. Located midway between the Mendip Hills and the Quantock Hills, this beautifully updated hideaway is ideal for exploring this stunning area.

This bright and inviting single-storey barn conversion features a welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which makes a fantastic living area. With exposed beams in the apex ceiling, bespoke lighting and French doors opening onto the garden, this is a lovely space for relaxation. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a romantic meal for two, which you can cook in the light and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is a perfect spot for snuggling up to watch a movie on the Smart TV. The property also offers a cool, tastefully decorated king-size bedroom and a stylish bathroom. Outside, the enclosed courtyard garden provides a lovely space for you and your pet to unwind in. With a BBQ and outdoor furniture, this is a great spot for dining alfresco. You’re also welcome to visit the farm and help feed the chickens and lambs, collect eggs and meet some of the farm animals. Please note your dog must be on a lead when in the yard, but there are footpaths from the property which are perfect for dog walking.

Ideal for dogs and their owners exploring the Somerset Levels the barn is within easy reach of both the Quantocks (10 miles) and the Mendips (14 miles). The Somerset coastline is also nearby with dog-friendly beaches at Berrow, South Bream and Burnham-on-Sea (all within 15 miles).

What an amazing lovely cottage. Fully equipped even had a fan which was very helpful as we stayed in a heatwave. The cottage is on a working farm but was quiet and peaceful. Lovely little find and cant wait to return.

This is a lovely spacious and well equipped cottage. Although on a farm, it's very peaceful. There are walks from the door, including one that takes you to a reserve and another that takes you to The Crown pub!

Lovely and spacious property. Was pretty clean. Didnt realise how far from everything it was. Not really good spots for dog walking close by so had to drive to places to walk the dog

We had an amazing pre-Christmas break at Moor View Cottage! It was absolutely perfect - even better than the photos, certainly much larger, but still felt incredibly homely and comfortable. We had a fantastic time in this lovely cosy cottage. Great base to visit lots of places. We went to Weston-Super-Mare, Burnham-On-Sea, Cheddar, Glastonbury and Clarks Village. We had a lovely takeaway from Fancy Fish & Chips which was a mobile van that was at Edington Village Hall on Thursdays, found out about it on Facebook. It was delicious. VisiRead moreted the Crown Inn twice for Sunday Lunch Carvery which was excellent. Would definitely recommend this cottage and would love to return one day. Hide

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable with everything supplied that you could possibly need. Beautiful location, very peaceful but close enough to visit places such as Wookey Hole, Clarks village & Wells which is a beautiful city.

It was our second stay and we love it. Its remote but that's what we like, very peaceful and relaxing. Great shower and comfy sofa. Cottage has everything you need, including an enclosed garden for our dog. We'll be back for a third visit for sure.

If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday then this it. Staying on the farm meant there were plenty of country walks. Also, we were close to Glastonbury and the Tor, and beautiful Wells. If we wanted to visit a beach with our dog, then Burnham and Weston Super Mare were not too far to drive, not forgetting Cheddar and Wookey Hole. An excellent holidaRead morey Hide

The cottage was every bit as good as the pictures on the web site. Very well equipped, very clean and bright. . Its quiet location was lovely and it was not difficult to gat to places of interest.

We had amazing holiday with our dog well equipped accommodation everything you need for your stay, a lovely private garden we used every day lovely warm weather, so peaceful no traffic,it was gorgeous listening to the sheep and there baby lamb's so great for your mental health, Bridgewater, Burnham-on-Sea Clark village are all very close. A very clean and well equipped converted shippon. Easy to use heating which kept the place warm and an extremely peaceful location. Great for our dog with the small enclosed garden too. Watch the roads as you approach across the fields as they suffer from subsidence and it is easy to hit a bump without seeing it. Fantastic place to stay - great location only about 20-30 minute walk to the local shops and nearby pub. Plenty of walks for the dog and the enclosed garden meant we didn't have to worry about him wandering off in to a neighbouring field! This cottage is bright, airy, comfortable and perfectly set out for a quiet away from it all break. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the garden is perfect for those taking their dogs with them. All the main places to visit are within a 20-30 minute drive with local pubs within a 5 minute drive. We had a lovely stay here, its so peaceful and there are so many walks on the doorstep. We also day tripped to Glastonbury, the Tor and Cheddar Gorge which are all well worth a visit.
