Rex will find himself in hound dog heaven when he arrives at this yurt near Bronington. Sleeping two guests, the one-bedroom holiday hideaway, which has a private hot tub, nestles in a meadow with other glamping retreats. Let Rex race about the green, open space then return to your private outdoor seating area to warm himself in the glow of the flaming firepit.
Step into your yurt with Rex hard on your heels. Let him wander about the beautifully finished, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom. Position his bed in a comfortable spot in the tent, perhaps near the wood burner to keep him warm as he dozes. For you and your partner, there is a queen-size bed, and there is also a sofa bed for an additional two guests. Make light meals in here, feed Rex and dine together on those occasions you are not outside or in the shared shed. This communal space has more substantial cooking facilities. There is also a dining area and a lounge with another wood burner. Guests can play table tennis and pool here too, while Rex cheers them on. Each yurt has its own private wet room and WC within this building too. Let Rex lap up being out in the fresh air as much as possible. Cook supper out on the BBQ or bubble in the hot tub while he surveys his surroundings. You have private parking here for two cars.
Venture 5.5 miles to Alderford Lake ,where you and Rex can follow the 1-mile walk around the water’s edge. The café here also welcomes four-legged customers. Take your chum to Llyn Bedydd, 1.5 miles away, too. Here, there are woodland, as well as waterside, paths to follow. Discover the natural beauty of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley National Landscape, 15 miles away, together.
