There are also incredible clifftop walks to explore along this stretch of coastline.

Gather around the chic breakfast bar to plan the day’s itinerary or sink into the plump sofa with a glass of wine and your favourite film on the Smart TV. Hard floors run throughout the living area, making it easy to deal with the odd muddy pawprint. Outside, there’s an enclosed garden with a lawn that your four-pawed pal can play on, as well as a picnic bench and BBQ for outdoor dining on balmy summer’s evenings.
Wander around the cobbled streets of St Ives, peering into the windows of all the fabulous galleries, before grabbing a bite to eat in one of the many woof-friendly pubs. Bamaluz Beach – a small sandy cove in the old fishing quarter - is the perfect place for the hound to stretch their legs, as it’s dog friendly all year. Alternatively, follow the coastal path for two miles out of town to the vast expanse of sand at Porthkidney, where they can run and run to their heart’s content. Another lovely place for a walk is Tehidy Country Park (4.5 miles), where you’ll find over 9 miles of woodland trails to sniff and investigate. There are also some beautiful picnic spots next to the lake.
