Lovely spacious open plan downstairs with a kitchen that could grace a much larger property. Good location for touring this area with lovely beaches in close proximity. Parking a bit tight but we managed with a big estate car. Very quiet location with countryside views as right on the edge of the village.

Parking a little tight as its a narrow road, the plus side is - no traffic/noise. The kitchen and dining are a real bonus, often very small in cottages but not in this case. The cottage is stylishly furnished and decorated downstairs, but is need of some general refreshment before another season. It's a nice walk into the village centre and beach. The access alley and parking is tight for a larger car. We visited over the Christmas period and the cottage was warm.

Lovely cottage, great for exploring that area of Norfolk. Cosy yet spacious for us and our 3 year old. Parking space was absolutely fine for our average sized car. Nice walking distance to beach and good distance for driving to other main places to visit like Cromer. The Catch (Mundesley) had amazing fish and chips!
