The delightful traditional home has space for ten guests over its five bedrooms, making it ideal for a trip among extended family or a large group of nature-loving friends.

You’ll love the grand interior of this pet-friendly home, which features plenty of checked fabrics, ornate mantelpieces, and antique furniture for a graceful regency style. Every single room has been decorated and furnished with the utmost care and attention, so expect perfectly matching colour schemes, tasteful artwork, and cosy vintage rugs. The large country kitchen boasts all you need to cook up group meals in style, to be enjoyed in the elegant dining hall. The utility room is ideal for storing your dog's essentials, and there’s a drying room for damp coats and boots after your adventures. When sleep beckons, choose from five sumptuous bedrooms, three super-king-size rooms, a double bedroom, and a cosy twin, served by three en-suites and a well-appointed family bathroom. Outside, the huge garden lawn is a dream for children and dogs to play on, and in good weather you can enjoy outdoor dining using the BBQ.

For morning walks, the nearby section of Tay Forest Park (1.5 miles), which borders the pretty Loch Tay, is the ideal spot. The small market town of Aberfeldy (4 miles) contains a variety of dog-friendly cafes and shops for you to discover together, along with supermarkets for picking up supplies. Seasoned hikers may want to tackle the majestic Ben Lawers Munro (17 miles).

This is a lovely grand property on the outskirts of Aberfeldy. It was extremely well equipped and the aga provided loads of heat for cooking and heating the water. It is very spacious too providing several rooms for groups to do different things. It is better suited to couples though as most of the beds are doubles.

We were a family of 10 staying here comfortably in this great venue. Massive kitchen area with a warming aga oven, tv sitting room and big dining room with table where we all had a final meal on last night staying. Very well set out bedrooms with three en-suite. We love the Old Manse at Farleyer. It is in a great location and is a lovely place to stay in Autumn or Summer (we have yet to try Winter or Spring).

Beautiful big house in a great location. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms give a feeling of real luxury.

This is an excellent property, very well setup and in an excellent location. The landscape nearby is stunning and with Aberfeldy a short drive away, most supplies can be found easily. The interior of the house is to a high standard and there is more than enough equipment for cooking almost anything. This property is perfect for a large family holiday. The 7 adults, baby and dog we're all very comfortable for the week. All bedrooms, and ensuite bathrooms are so comfortable. The kitchen dining area is great for flarge family meals and the large kitchen has all the facilities you could need. Would recommend.
