We had a lovely stay at the cottage, It was of a high stand of cleanliness and beautifully furnished, the grounds and views are beautiful to and the the dog had a hole paddock to themselves and a lovely pond to walk around, Gemma and Spencer was the perfect host and gave us a lot of guidance around the area. There was a very well stocked Tea CoffeRead moree and Biscuit tray and also included doggie treats, which I was grateful as I forgot the treats, and a pint of milk to. I would highly recommended to stay here, it will not be disappointed. Thank you, Regards Debbie Austen Bertie and Major Hide

The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a restful retreat. The log burner roaring and a glass of wine made a very romantic evening. Saw plenty of wonderful wildlife including the otter who pops up to the pond for a sneaky dip. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, with plenty of local knowledge of places to visit and local events. Hide

The location is in amazingly beautiful countryside and not too far to the coast. Our hosts, Spencer and Gemma are gracious, charming and helpful. Our cottages Orchard and Lynhay were both very comfortable and well equipped.

We stayed in Linhay for a week at beginning of July and it was amazing. So clean comfortable. The grounds were well looked after and it was lovely to walk round the lake and watch the ducklings. I hope they are ok as I counted 8 one morning and only 5 a couple of days later. Saw Mr or Mrs Foxy hanging around one morning
