With a huge, enclosed lawn that's perfect for chasing balls, this elegant Norfolk cottage is bound to get a paws-up from your faithful friend. Perfectly positioned for coastal walks, runs on the beach or exploring inland, it's a stylish and comfortable escape for couples, friends or small families.

This double-fronted brick house, set within the grounds of a grand country property, is brimming with charm and elegance, and still boasts many lovely original features. Inviting rest and relaxation, the welcoming lounge offers cosy seating and a Smart TV for everyone to watch their favourite shows. The pretty, Shaker-style kitchen/diner makes mealtimes easy, with everything you need to prepare hearty breakfasts or tasty suppers, including a microwave and a dishwasher. There's a useful WC on the ground floor, and a boot room which leads to the garden - a great place to store pet food and perhaps pop down beds. On the first floor, two handsome bedrooms offer zip-and-link king-sizes (can be made into twins on request), one of them boasting an impressive en-suite with a roll-top bathroom and separate, large shower (do note that there is a small step up to this room). Completing the interior is a beautiful family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Heading outside, your hounds' tails won't stop wagging when they spot the vast lawn, up four steps from the back door. Garden furniture encourages al fresco meals in warmer months as you watch them play. You'll have private parking for two cars.

Surrounded by a magnificent estate (open to the public Wednesdays to Sundays), the property is just 5.5 miles from Aylsham, with both Sheringham and Cromer within 11 miles. Weybourne, with its pebbled, dog-friendly beach, is 9.5 miles, and you can join the coast path at any of these destinations for a refreshing hike.

Outstanding property and a really helpful and friendly team of people working on the estate. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness and this is the first property that we have stayed in that passed with flying colours. The estate is also lovely, very wild life friendly, and there are beautiful walks in all directions from the house and additional paRead moreths have been created by the estate to link up to the footpath network. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage in such a beautiful situation. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. Also a great pub, the Walpole Arms, a short distance away serves excellent food.

The cottage was finished to the highest standard, the pictures just do not do this property full justice. Beautiful tranquil setting with well kept grounds and friendly welcoming staff. Outstanding cottage.
