Inside, you'll find characterful touches throughout, including a stone archway, a traditional stable door and exposed beams. Unwind in the cosy lounge after a day of exploring, with a large corner sofa and a Smart TV for movie nights. A double bedroom and shower room can also be found on this floor. The open-plan kitchen/dining area is light and bright, with a picture window looking out over the Aeron Valley. This sociable space has plenty of room for group meals, plus a smaller sofa and TV for relaxed breakfasts or evening chats. Upstairs, there’s a family bathroom and four bedrooms: a flexible zip-and-link king-size (which can become a twin), a bunk room, a twin and a single. Outside, there’s a private sun terrace with a picnic bench and BBQ. Soak in the wood-fired Swedish hot tub while taking in the surrounding valley views. Enjoy peaceful off-lead wanders on the farm’s nature trails, challenge your group in the shared games barn or let little ones play in the park and climbing wall. There's even a clay pizza oven and outdoor dining area available to hire. Private parking is available for two cars, with extra spaces nearby.
Just 8 miles away, the pretty harbour village of New Quay makes for a fantastic seaside day out. Let your canine companion roam the sands, stroll the scenic seafront, and watch colourful boats bobbing in the bay. You can even take a boat trip (many of which are dog-friendly) to see bottlenose dolphins. Back on land, head to the National Trust's Llanerchaeron Estate, 4 miles away, for country strolls.
