A narrow farm lane leads to the property, with two flights of external metal steps leading up to the apartment's entrance. Once inside you will be greeted by the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area sits beneath the eaves of the property, with a low sloping ceiling, lovely views, comfortable seating and a TV, with the dining table to one side, and a thoughtfully arranged kitchen in the corner. Exploring further, there's an invigorating bathroom and two cosy bedrooms: a delightful double with a low sloping ceiling and views across the water, and a tastefully decorated single with a single pull-out bed for an additional guest. Outside, the private patio has outdoor furniture, providing a relaxing spot for you to sit out with your pet and enjoy the sunshine. There's also a shared garden opposite the property. Guests can book boats which can be delivered to the pontoon ahead of your stay. A ferry crosses over to Fowey which has a wealth of great pet-friendly pubs, restaurants and cafes. Dogs are welcome throughout the year at the beautiful beaches at Par, Polridmouth and Lantic Bay, all within 6 miles.
