In fact, it’s as child-friendly as it is dog-friendly, featuring a shared games room on-site and an ample, enclosed lawn space where both kids and pups can play in peaceful harmony.

Set tails wagging as you step inside and discover the property’s upside-down layout, with bedrooms on the ground floor. A spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite and a cosy twin room with a family bathroom next door complete this level. Moving upstairs, an impressive open-plan living space features a lounge, kitchen, and dining area beneath wooden beams and whitewashed stone walls. Let Rover and Fido settle into the comfiest spot by the wood burner while you gaze out at the orchard via the Juliet balcony or sit down to dine. Outside, an outdoor seating area is yours to enjoy. However, you’ll need to head to the fenced-in dog lawn to let your energetic bow-wow run free off the lead. Private parking is also readily available.

Leave no stick unfetched along the banks of the River Lynher (less than 0.5 miles), following this waterside route around the edges of Bodmin Moor. Hike to Leskernick Hill (8.5 miles), a remote walking spot with unique rock formations, or let your pooch lead the way around the scenic Colliford Lake (8.5 miles). Take a day trip to Bodmin itself (16.5 miles), a charming market town with plenty to offer. Those seeking a long-distance walking route can park their car here and explore the Camel Trail, a route through some of Cornwall’s most scenic spots.

Beautiful property and so quiet and tranquil, the trees and surrounding area is just stunning, the property inside is really pretty and has everything you need, we cooked every night and had everything we required, the en-suite to main bedroom is lovely and the shower is amazing, beautiful fluffy towels and the bedding is just so snuggly, just whRead moreat we all needed Hide
