Inside the first property is an airy, grey and neutral-toned open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted, wooden beamed ceiling and a pop of purple throughout the decor. Beside the glass patio doors is a wood burner and a lounge area with a day chair and a sofa opposite the Smart TV. In the centre of this space is a contemporary, round dining table. At the back of the room, you’ll find a fitted black and grey ‘L’-shaped kitchen unit. Completing the interior is a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Inside the second property is an open-plan living space with a wooden beamed ceiling and a splash of red throughout the furnishings. In the corner of the room is a compact white and black fitted ‘L’-shaped kitchen unit. Opposite is a dining table and a lounge area with a wood burner. There is also a family bathroom, a super-king-size with an exposed brick wall and a twin room. Outside is a patio with furniture and a BBQ as well as a tennis court and utility area, all of which are shared with neighbouring guests. There is ample private parking.
While staying near rural Bramfield (1 mile), take your hound for a dip at the dog-friendly Dunwich Beach or a run around Dunwich Forest (both 8 miles). Also nearby is the seaside town of Southwold (10 miles) and the charming Snape Maltings (11 miles).
