This lovely property welcomes four guests plus two canine companions for a seaside getaway, and offers scenic walks on the coastal path right from your door. Both bedrooms have en-suites and there’s an enclosed garden where your pups can play safely as you watch the sun set over Lundy.

Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy relaxing in this beautiful Devon escape, one of four on the owner’s farm. You’ll park and then wheel your luggage in a trolley to the single-storey barn before heading inside with your hounds at your heels. The open-plan living space is beautifully designed and stylishly furnished, and includes a kitchen area with everything you’ll need for preparing holiday meals – and also a dishwasher to help you clear up. There’s room for four people to dine, and in the lounge area, you’ll find a Smart TV, ideal for a quiet night in with your dogs by your feet. The delightful bedrooms both include versatile, zip-and-link beds that can be made up as either super-king-size or two singles, and each has an en-suite shower room. Step out onto the patio and you can grill something yummy on the BBQ as you watch your four-pawed friends romp on the lawn.

Head out on the coast path and you can stroll towards Westward Ho!, 3 miles away, and its huge, sandy beach. Part of the beach is dog friendly all year, and the vibrant village also boasts a range of shops and places to eat and drink. Stroll in the opposite direction and, after about 4 miles, you’ll find a secluded, woody valley and the pebbled beach of Peppercombe, a haven for wildlife. Alternatively, the village of Abbotsham is 1.5 miles inland and boasts a thatched pub with a dog-friendly bar.
