Escape to the Cornish coast in this delightful cottage in the tiny village of Little Petherick, just 3 miles from Padstow. The property sleeps four guests and one pup and is ideal for a small family looking to get away from it all. There are some stunning walks from the village, including along Little Petherick Creek and the banks of the River Camel. The area is also teeming with woof-friendly beaches, such as Trevone Bay (4 miles) and Daymer Bay (12 miles).
The cute cottage oozes Cornish charm, with beamed ceilings, sash windows, and exposed stonework. Enter the property into the country-style kitchen/diner, where you’ll find everything needed to create delicious dinners, plus a dining table to seat everyone. From here, move through to the cosy lounge, where you can stretch out on the sofa to read a book or watch the Smart TV, with the woofer curled up on the rug at your feet. An open-tread staircase leads to the two bedrooms, one of which is a bunk bedroom that’s ideal for children. A refreshing family bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside, the pup can potter around in the enclosed courtyard whilst you enjoy an al fresco meal in the sunshine.
The harbour town of Padstow is a foodie haven, with a fantastic array of paw-friendly pubs and restaurants serving fresh seafood and local produce.
