This stately home is set in 500 acres of private woodland in the Norfolk countryside. Featuring 12 bedrooms and plenty of period charm, it is a fantastic space for a family reunion or special celebration including the dog. Spread over three floors, the interior brims with elegant 18th-century features. After a long day exploring, kick off boots in the stone vaulted entrance hall, step through to the picture room, and enjoy a drink while gazing out at the magnificent views of the lake and park. A beautiful oak kitchen featuring high-end appliances is at your disposal but if you’d prefer someone else to do the cooking there’s also a large second kitchen for caterers. When it’s time to eat, gather everyone together in the mahogany library room, and serve meals at the grand table with seating for 30 people. Three sets of sash windows offer up striking views making mealtimes even more memorable. An impressive staircase leads to the first floor and a further six staterooms. All the rooms feature marble fireplaces, crystal chandeliers and large sash windows and with so much space, you won’t know where to put yourself first. When it’s time for bed, choose between the guest bedroom and state bedroom on the first floor or retire upstairs to the second floor where you’ll find a further 11 majestic bedrooms. All the bedrooms are en-suite, opulently furnished and boast original artworks and charming views. Outside, there is plenty of space to explore. Your pup will love running free on the huge lawn and roaming through the fields and woodland and around the 10-acre lake.

The estate has plenty to offer with a range of activities available including cycling, canoeing and horse riding. From the property, it’s just 2 miles to Itteringham where you can enjoy a meal with Fido at the country pub. But for a change of scenery, head to Cromer (10 miles) and let your pup splash in the sea and run on the sandy beach (seasonal restrictions apply).
