The cottage it's self was lovely and in a good location to explore Norfolk. There is really bad issue with flys in the bedrooms and garden. There were also a few cleanliness issues thoughout the property.

Very peaceful and private place to stay. Comfortable and well equipped. We used the Park&ride from Postwick on several occasions and caught the train from Norwich to Cambridge, which was easy and very enjoyable. One day, we walked 2 miles to Ranworth from the cottage, and boarded the electric boat for a wonderful, tranquil ride on the Broads. Read moreSuper cafe there too. Hide

Ideally positioned for touring around the broads. The property was cleaned and the bedding changed halfway through our stay which is unusual but a nice touch. A fairly quiet location with only barking muntjac to disturb the dog

A really comfy and exceptionally clean and well maintained cottage. The location is ideal for seeing all that this part of Norfolk has to offer and yet is secluded enough to really quiet and restful. Seeing the odd muntjac deer near the cottage was a treat and the wild area at the end of the garden is a wildlife haven. If we have a self-catering hoRead moreliday in Norfolk again we will certainly try to book this cottage. Hide

A lovely quiet cottage, with a nice garden & outside seating. We appreciated the kitchen having a suitable number of plates/pots/pans etc. The instructions should make it clear (in advance!) that BBQs aren't permitted in the garden, even if that's reasonable given the thatched roof.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. One minor disturbance at this time of year is the bird gas guns which start at daybreak and go on into late evening. But because it rained all week we didnt get the chance to sit outside anyway.
